As I hovered in the background

Wishing I could just disappear

Without a trace

I heard a most unusual sound

It was coming from beneath my chest

And so I pried it open and there I saw

There was a planet where my heart should be

You should have seen it

All plants and sand and sea

Someone there was calling out to me

Im out here doing the best I can

But Im lonely and I need a friend

Look at all this space

I saved you a place

This whole life has been

As I made my way around the room

Drifting out to any open mouth

That would allow me

I felt I should be going soon

There was nothing much to talk about

Yet everyone was shouting

So I ate the food

And I drank the drinks

But all the while I felt for something whirring inside my chest

I took it out and there it span about
