Form the city skyline far away

Sun is setting just behind them

The blue in the sky fades to grey

As it grows darker and darker

The lampposts outside flicker brighter

I see a star out in the distance

Twinkling in the night but somehow wishing

If I could just reach back into the past

I would change everything
