Maryland reaching the world with the music
Now as a child
I used to play the french horn
Who knew that later on I would write songs
Rhyming striving surviving climbing up
Ladders no matter the heights
Cuz in God we trust
Whether planes trains or bus
We're still in motion
Crossed the ocean
Performing with my close friends
Thankful that I ain't thrugh
Many greats I look up to them salute
Every interview when they question my influence
